Vinyasa yoga Classes helps you to moves your muscles through a variety of poses in different directions and ranges of motion — which naturally increase their flexibility. The more pliable your muscles are, the more you'll be able to make your workouts more effective and reduce your risk of injury and pain.

Hatha class will typically involve a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques, practised more slowly and with more static posture holds than perhaps a Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga class. Hatha yoga is about finding balance.

An Iyengar class typically begins with some warm-up exercises followed by standing postures, seated poses, and relaxation techniques. The use of props such as blocks, straps, and blankets is typical in an Iyengar yoga class, as they can help students achieve a good posture for each pose.

Each set during Kundalini yoga has different poses that involve movement, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and a mantra. Between postures, you'll have a minute or two to relax and focus inward. After the entire set, there's a relaxation followed by a meditation, then a mantra before class closes.
